1. How do I place an order?
Shopping at tgrengineering.com is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just a few steps:
Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.
2. What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?
For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with your website, please email us at info@tgrengineering.com.
3. What should I do if I cannot complete the checkout process?
If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information for our security check. Please email us at info@tgrengineering.com to verify your information so we can process your order.
4. Will I get a discount if I order 10, 20, 30 or more units?
Please enter your order at tgrengineering.com and you will see what discount you will get, we have no other discounts than these on our web page.
5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.
6. When does my credit card get charged?
At the time you place your order, we'll pre-authorize your card for the total amount plus all applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any). Once the order has been paid it will be processed and shipped.
7. How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders received before 5 p.m. local time are processed within two business days of payment authorization Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sale events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
8. When will my order be shipped?
We ship in 5 working days. Sometimes there are many orders to handle so we set the 5 working days as standard. If you have placed your order more than 2-3 working days ago and have not received an e-mail notification for the shipment, chances are that the notification e-mail is held in your SPAM filter or one or more of the items in your order are accidentally out of stock. From time to time we may accidentally run into temporary out of stock for a product, but usually we re-fill our stock in 2-3 days so this may cause additional delay, but again these are very rare situations.
9. How do I cancel an order?
Email us at info@tgrengineering.com if your order is not shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Note that this may not always be possible, for example if you send your message outside our working hours, or if your order is already shipped before your message is read.
10. I have a question about using my new product where do I go to get help?
We have a comprehensive product support team just send us an email at info@tgrengineering.com.
11. I have a technical question where can i get support?
Send us an email at support@tgrengineering.com. Our technical support staff will try to answer in a timely manner.
12. What is your return policy?
Returns
TIGER ENGINEERING will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at tgrengineering.com, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All merchandise returned to TIGER ENGINEERING must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by TIGER ENGINEERING, in its sole discretion, to be defective.
Timeframe and Shipping Instructions for Returns/Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To return or exchange defective or unopened merchandise, customers must:
• Obtain an RMA number within 15 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order.
• Ship the merchandise to TIGER ENGINEERING within 15 calendar days of the date the RMA number was issued by TIGER ENGINEERING.
The return address will vary based on product, be sure to receive an RMA prior to sending to ensure it goes to the right location. To receive an RMA number and return label for returns or exchanges, initiate a return by sending us an email to info@tgrengineering.com.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package and you must ship the product back to the delivery addressed specified on the RMA within 15 days of the issued RMA.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the Return Period.
